Artery Technology AT32L021 series
Artery Technology AT32L021 series is a low-power ARM® Cortex®-M0+ microcontroller with a CPU operating speed of up to 80MHz. It supports up to 64KB of flash memory (Flash) and 8+1KB of random access memory (SRAM), and provides parity check functionality. In addition, the 4KB system memory can not only be used as a boot loader (Bootloader), but can also be configured as a general user program and data area, making the total space usage reach 64+4KB. This microcontroller integrates rich hardware resources, including a CAN bus, 4 USART ports, 2 SPI/I²S interfaces, 2 I²C interfaces, and multiple timers. It also extends a 12-bit high-speed ADC up to 2Msps for high-speed data acquisition, industrial control and motor applications. Its low power consumption mode and standby power consumption characteristics mean that the current in deep sleep mode is about 9uA, the wake-up time is less than 17us, and the current in standby mode is only 1.2uA, which effectively extends the battery life and is an entry-level low-power Ideal for power-hungry MCUs.
AT32L021 can operate in the industrial temperature range of -40~105°C, and provides a series of chip mini-package options to meet various memory usage needs.
